Refund and Exchange policy

Company offers no refund in any case but products can be exchanged in case of following issues:

• Size issue ( for bangles order)
• Received damaged product
• Received wrong order

Shipping charges would apply in exchange procedure.

Shipping charges will not be applicable if the wrong/damaged product is delivered by company.

Customer must inform us about product issue within 24 hours of receiving the package.

We suggest our customers to make unboxing video of the package to claim for any damaged caused.

We offer no exchange after 24 hours of product delivery to customer.

Product will be exchanged for same article ordered by customer.
